The Practical Visitor's Guide to the Labyrinth
I have handbooks, guide books, and field guides to a million different species of animal, and thought that it would be interesting to make one for the creatures of one of my all time favourite films, Labyrinth! The idea is to create a page (or spread) for the various creatures that Sarah encountered in the Labyrinth. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing/illustrating it!

How many pages will there be?
As many as I can think of, and produce! I won't always have time to work on it, but when I do, I’ll be adding to it. It’s a lot of fun to work on! Future pages have been included in the book in unfinished form, to note that they should be included but aren't yet finished. Hopefully I'll find time to get to these pages soon.
Can I buy a copy somewhere?
Nope! This project is just-for-fun. It is presented here absolutely free to anyone that wants to read it.

Where does the information come from?
I've been using a variety of sources for information and inspiration, including:
- The film (including special features)
- An early draft of the script (with many differences from the shooting script)
- The novalization (by A.C.H. Smith)
- The Return to Labyrinth series
- Brian Froud’s brilliant book The Goblins of the Labyrinth
- Last but not least, my own imagination! I want to keep the feel as close to that of the film as possible while still infusing it with some of my own personality. A LOT of the contents of this book are nonsense that isn't officially endorsed or approved by anyone. It's all in good fun!
